A space designed to spark communication. The space was designed by Mr. Kurosaki, founder of lifestyle brand IDEE, who has shaped many places and urban environments.

  • Standard rate: ¥55,000/hour (9:00–22:00, in 30-minute units, 2-hour minimum).
  • Extended use rate: ¥38,500/hour (6 hours or more).
  • Full-day charter: ¥385,000/day (12 hours or more).
  • After-hours: ¥33,000 per 30 minutes.

Use of in-room equipment (projector, screen, microphones, speakers, refrigerator, etc.) included in the plans.

Up to two free 1-hour site visits per reservation (for scouting / location checks).Please include setup and restoration time in your booking. No staff are on site during events.

Rates apply for use of the Engagement Space at MIDORI.so Nagatacho. Minimum booking is 2 hours for standard hourly use.

Hourly rate for use between 9:00–22:00.

Bookable in 30-minute units.

Discounted hourly rate for bookings of 6 hours or more.

Applies when using the space for 12 hours or more between 9:00–22:00.

  • Included in the rate: use of in-room equipment (projector, screen, microphones, speakers, refrigerator, etc.).

    Up to two free 1-hour site visits per reservation (scouting / location checks).

    Please include setup and restoration time in your booking. No staff on site during events.

    Indoor equipment (all free): air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, projector, screen, speakers, 2 wireless microphones, 2 wired microphones, BGM iPhone (Spotify Premium), refrigerator, whiteboard (approx. 90×90cm), 18 folding chairs.

    Supplies (all free): name tag cases (approx. 60, no inserts), clipboards, extension cords (70+ outlets), paper cups, paper plates, disposable cutlery, trash bags.

    Meeting room (optional): ¥3,300 per 30 minutes. 6-person meeting room on the same floor. Limited to one room per booking.

Catering

Plan A: Arranged by MIDORI.so

  • We discuss your preferences and image, and MIDORI.so arranges catering on your behalf.
  • From ¥3,300 per person (tax included).
  • Minimum order: ¥44,000 total (tax included).
  • Can be invoiced together with the space rental fee.

Plan B: Partner caterer introduction

  • We introduce a partner caterer for you to arrange directly.
  • Menu and pricing are discussed with the caterer.
  • Payment is made directly to the caterer.

Venue Decoration

MIDORI.so handles the production process. Your only task is submitting data files (Illustrator format). Decorations can be reused for repeat events. Items can be stored at MIDORI.so Nagatacho.

Available decorations: Tarpaulins / Ceiling decorations / Banners / Roll-up banners / Logo panels.

Rental Policy

Confirmed reservation: After submitting the form, we will confirm your reservation by email. Your booking is complete once you receive the confirmation email.

Tentative reservation: Tentative reservations are available. The hold period is 10 days from acceptance.

Payment: An invoice will be issued after your event and sent by email. Payment options are bank transfer (due by the end of the month following the event date) or credit card.

Availability: You can check availability on our calendar per location.

Cancellation policy:

  • 50% of the usage fee: from 14 days before the reservation date
  • 100% of the usage fee: from 7 days before the reservation date
Time slots without a "scheduled" entry can often be confirmed immediately. A "scheduled" entry may indicate a tentative hold — please contact us to confirm.

Please include setup and restoration time in your booking. Furniture may be moved freely but must be returned to its original layout after use. Cooking with open flames, smoke effects, musical instrument performance, singing with a microphone, and dancing are not permitted.

Food & drinks: You may bring your own food and drinks, including alcohol. No bring-your-own fee applies.

Cleanup & restoration: Please dispose of trash in the building's waste area. Furniture may be moved freely, but the room must be returned to its original layout after use.

Prohibited activities: Open flames, cooking, musical instrument performance, singing through microphones, and dancing.
