三菱電機さまの共創空間「Serendie Street Yokohama」での取り組みを、インタビュー記事にてご紹介いただきました。 「組織や立場の異なる『人と人』が交わることは、いわば水と油を混ぜ合わせるようなもの」——三菱電機・泉福剛さまの言葉どおり、共創空間は「つくる」ことよりも「動かし続ける」ことがはるかに難しい領域です。 MIRAI-INSTITUTEからは正心麻里子、彦谷麻由子、髙橋友香の3名が参画。開設から1年で1万8000人を超える来場者を迎え、「Serendieらしさ」が根づきはじめた現場で、私たちが何を考え、どう手を動かしてきたのか。場づくりの実践が具体的に語られています。
