This space is used to share and spread MIDORI.so's unique perspective of the world. It is also available to use as a photography studio and/or gallery.

Terms Of Use
- Selling Fee
A portion of the sales will be deducted as a selling fee for those who sell products or works. Details will be provided individually. - Usage Fee
Please transfer the usage fee by the due date specified in the Terms and Conditions. If you cancel for reasons other than what we recognize as unavoidable circumstances, you will be responsible for the cancellation fees as stipulated in the Terms and Conditions. - Promotion
Please submit all necessary materials, including profiles and pictures to use for promotion at least one month before use. Late submission will result in a delayed promotion. Please create your own DMs and flyers by yourselves, and we will review and proofread the content beforehand via email. - Precautions when Setup and Dismantling
You may freely use the space as long as it is returned to its original condition. However, please consult with us in advance if you want to use strong double-sided tape, nails over 3mm in diameter, wooden screws, or spray paint. We have basic tools and a ladder, but please prepare any additional equipment necessary for the exhibition, such as staging lights, captions for your work or product, packing material, or background music via USB or CDs. Parking is not available on-site, so please use the closest coin parking available. If you plan to use delivery services for transporting equipment, notify us in advance. - Rules and Regulations
Please avoid any actions that may disturb the neighbors, such as smoking in prohibited areas, littering, or gathering outside the building.
Any actions prohibited by law, rules and regulations will not be permitted. Bringing hazardous materials, items with strong odor, inflammable substances, items that may cause trouble over building safety regulations or with neighbors is prohibited. It is possible to sell food and drinks prepared according to the food operating permission and business notification if they have been prepared according to the sanitary laws of the healthcare center.
MIDORI.so will not be held responsible for incidents such as theft or damage that occur during its use. Please safeguard your valuables with your own responsibility. If you cause significant damage to the walls, floor, or appliances, you will cover all expenses that arise.
Subleasing or transferring your usage rights to others is prohibited. If there is a significant discrepancy between your application and actual use, your usage rights will be revoked. Please note that usage fees will not be refunded in such cases.
You are responsible for disposing of any trash generated during your use of MIDORI.so. Please do not leave any items behind, including congratulatory flowers, upon departure.
