About
Located at MIDORI.so NAGATACHO, the “Engagement Space” is a space dedicated to deepening the bonds of community. It is designed as a place where people can intentionally gather in a real setting to strengthen connections in an age when the spread of remote working has diminished a sense of community togetherness and camaraderie.
Unlike many school-style event spaces, the “engagement space” is designed to encourage natural communication. This makes it more than just a meeting or event; it deepens relationships among participants and creates opportunities for new connections and collaboration.
The spacious space, which can accommodate up to 100 people or 80 seated, is available for rental. It can be used for company-wide general meetings, meetups, workshops, and a variety of other purposes.
Space decoration
While it is sometimes difficult to create a unique community atmosphere in a typical rental space, Engagement Space provides a space that feels like “our place” through the use of decorative items. For more details, please refer to the following documents.
Decoration examples
ZaPASS JAPAN Co.
This party was held to celebrate the 5th anniversary of the company's founding. We decorated the entire space with tarpaulins hanging from the ceiling and movable roll-up banners. The decorations were also used by ZaPASS for other events.
PR Table Inc.
PR Table used our space for their semi-annual company-wide kick-off meeting.
As a fully remote company, we created and installed ceiling decorations using PR Table's logo and brand design as motifs to create a place where employees can meet in real life to strengthen the bond between them.
Price
- Temporary use plan: 50,000 yen / hour
- Long-time usage plan: 35,000 yen/hour
- One-day plan: 350,000 yen / day
