This location is nestled in a notable area of Tokyo, bordered by the Kanda River, Sumida River, and the bustling streets of Bakuro-Yokoyama. The building, built in the Showa era, has been renovated and is now seven stories tall. It’s easily accessible with three nearby subway stations. On the first floor, there’s a coffee stand and an upcycle studio that fits the local context of the clothing wholesale district. There is a gallery on the seventh floor, and a permaculture garden on the rooftop.

MIDORI.so Studio
SIGHT SITE STUDIO is an experimental space that follows the concept of "Re-search, Re-spect, Re-construct." It focuses on researching materials, while respecting artisans, and to reconstruct them to fit contemporary lifestyles. The studio shifts from the traditional approach of "what to make" to "how to make" using existing resources, while considering environmental factors. It serves as a platform for design-driven change while promoting sustainability. The studio is equipped with cutting machines, RISOGRAPH printer, silk-screening machines, and other tools. It is open for anyone to use.
Gallery
This space is used to share and spread MIDORI.so's unique perspective of the world. It is also available to use as a photography studio and/or gallery.
